Purrty Package is a monthly subscription box filled with paw-picked toys, treats, and surprises that cats love. Think of it as a curated party in a box—just for your feline friend.

📦 How does the subscription work?

• Sit back and relax

• Your kitty’s box ships out at the beginning of each month
  ✨ Cancel anytime, no strings (or strings attached)!

🚚 When will my box ship?
All subscription boxes are shipped between the 1st and 5th of each month.
For one-time prelaunch boxes, shipping begins August 1, 2025.
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your box is on its way.

💰 What are your shipping rates and tax policies?
We offer flat-rate shipping:

• $5.95 for the contiguous U.S.

• $7.95 for Alaska & Hawaii
  Orders ship from Denver, Colorado.
  We currently collect sales tax only on orders shipped within Colorado. Orders outside of Colorado are not subject to sales tax at this time.

🔄 What is your return policy?
Because our boxes include perishable treats and toys, we cannot accept returns.
If something in your box arrives damaged, missing, or isn’t right, please contact us at hello@purrtypackage.com, and we’ll make it right.

😺 Can I customize my box?
Not yet—but we’re working on it!
Each Purrty Package is hand-curated to include safe, high-quality toys and treats that most cats go wild for. We rotate themes so it’s always fresh and fun!

🐈 What if my cat doesn’t like something?
Hey, we get it—cats are picky! If something’s not a hit:

• You can swap the toy with another from a future box

• Or gift it to a fellow cat parent and share the joy
  Let us know—we’re happy to make it right. 💌

🌎 Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

🛑 How do I cancel my subscription?
No hard feelings!
You can cancel anytime by logging into your account or emailing us at hello@purrtypackage.com.
We’ll process it purr-onto! 🐾
